Laser-based Measurement Systems

FADA-CATEC has several perfilometers, sets and laser end-effectors for machine vision applications.

  • Perfilometer KEYENCE LJ-V7200. With a working distance of 200 mm and a measurement range of 62 mm (X-axis) and ± 48 mm (Z-axis), and with a repeatability of 1μm (Z-axis).
  • SICK RULER E1200 SB line scanner features a 1500mm FOV, with a maximum measurement of 1000mm, an accuracy of 0.4mm and a capture speed of 10000 profiles/sec. It has Ethernet communication.
  • Laser pointer set for machine vision applications of 532nm@10mW and 400-710nm@5mW. It has output optics with interchangeable patterns.
