High accuracy robots
FADA-CATEC has a multi-robot workcell with four different robots. There are two robots Kuka KR 60 L30 HA, which are six-axis industrial robots with articulated kinematics for all continuous-path controlled tasks. The specifications are the following:
- High accuracy robot. They have a high path accuracy and very good positioning behavior due a special calibration procedure. They allow developing different operations with a high accuracy required, such as machining application or ultrasonic inspection.
- Rated Payload: 30 kg
- Repeatability: ±0,05 mm
- Maximum reach: 2,429 mm
