Offer Project Manager Sr. Avionics and Systems Unit

Reporting to the Avionics and Systems Management of CATEC, a hybrid profile of Project Manager / Manager of the Santiago Office will be incorporated to carry out the following functions and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the complete management of our office in Santiago, where your scope of action will be linked to the supervision of infrastructure, maintenance, media equipment, security, purchasing and human resources, coordinating with the central corporate services teams;
• Manage the full life cycle of projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, scope and cost, as well as associated risks;
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve key milestones;
• Manage budgets, income and expenditure for each project assigned;
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders;
• Participate in regular meetings with the team, partners or clients;
• Preparation of proposals for R&D calls, tenders or private requests (RFPs). Identifying innovation opportunities and conceptualising projects from the initial phase to their execution;
• Supervise and contribute to the justification process for various funding lines (regional, national and European public subsidies), working with the finance department and the engineering team;
