Simulator for Training Unmanned Aircraft Systems Highly Interoperate

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

The SIMSART project develops a new generation of simulators unmanned vehicles to meet future training needs of operators of aircraft systems remotely manned or Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS), in line with the integration of these aircraft common airspace. SIMSART allows training and certification of RPAS pilots, according to future regulations currently in development by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) training.

 

MAIN TARGETS:

The main objectives of the project are the following:

  • Develop a versatile training simulator.
  • Interoperable and integrable on any ground control station (GCS).
  • Designed to meet future training needs of operators RPAS
  • In line with the integration of these aircraft in the common airspace.
