Chemical Engineer from Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros of Seville, specializes in managing R&D projects, both nationally and internationally, across various sectors (aerospace, biotechnology, energy, healthcare, among others). She also possesses expertise in various R&D funding instruments from national agencies (CDTI, AEI, etc.) and European bodies (European Commission, ESA, etc.).

Furthermore, she holds knowledge in fostering business growth through strategic connections, identifying opportunities, cultivating strong partnerships, and effectively promoting innovation. With several years of experience in the renewable energy sector, she has collaborated with organizations such as Abengoa, the Association for Research and Industrial Cooperation of Andalusia (AICIA), and the National Renewable Energy Center (CENER).

Since 2017, Paloma has been employed at FADA-CATEC, initially starting in the Automation and Robotics Unit. She currently serves as the head of Alliances, Customers and Partners Development Unit, driving the expansion and strengthening of strategic relationships in the R&D domain.
