CATEC has a fleet of a variety of UAV platforms that can be used as test and experimentation platform for in-flight test of new technologies developed in CATEC. This fleet includes both fixed-wing and rotator-wing aircrafts with a wide variety of characteristics from electric aircrafts with a maximum payload capacity of 2 kg to combustion-engine aircrafts with a maximum payload capacity of 20 kg. CATEC also has a set of embedded sensors such us: LIDARs, thermographic cameras, SAR and multispectral cameras.
